...everything...

It's been awhile since I lost posted a blog, so I guess I had better update everyone. Well, in my last post we had picked out a puppy, however the day before we were going to go pick her up - I got a call from the breeder and she had died. We then went and picked out another one about a month ago and had her a week and she also died. At this point we were feeling like our luck was against us, but the breeder lady sent us a picture of this adorable puppy and Brandon fell in love - we were a bit hesitant at first, but everything had worked out so far. We have had her three weeks now and her name is Maggy or we affectionately call her "lardo" on occasion. So, that was an interesting experience and we love our new puppy, she is so cute!

Here's TaiTai. This pic is for mom and dad. I couldn't stand how long taitai's hair was getting on her ears, so I cut them. Doesn't it look good?

We also had Christmas, which was a blast. We spent the night at my brother's, Christopher, house. We spent the time with his family and it was soooo much fun! We had a blast with the kids in the morning and then we went home and opened all our presents from Brandon's family which was awesome.

We also had a really big snow storm here last month with freezing rain and almost 12 inches of snow. We were planning on BBQing that day before we found out it was going to snow, but we still did the BBQing. I got all decked out in Brandon's sweater and jacket and picked off the inch of ice and brushed off the snow and BBQ'd my London Broil. By the way, it was DELICIOUS!!!

I broke off one of the icicles from our house. It was cooool.

All in all, it's been a good couple of months. We are starting to have some of our tulips and daffodils come up in our backyard, which I am so excited about! Brandon planted them last fall and I can't wait to see how they do. I love this time of year, when everything is starting to become green and it's warming up. I also love this early time change. I love having it light later and when I get home from work, it's actually light for a couple hours instead of like a half an hour. I can't wait for the summer!!! Doesn't everyone love this time of year?
